It's rarely glamorous. It's usually one of these:

The careful bit

Most teams are already trying AI tools on their own. Each tool I build comes with the basics that should go with it:

  • A simple AI policy.
  • A check of the data your team is putting into these tools.
  • What the Privacy Act means for how you're using them.

  • Is AI worth it for a small business?

    It is when it takes a job off your team that they do every week. Before you commit to the build, you'll see what it saves in dollars and how quickly it pays for itself.

  • Will AI replace my staff?

    That's not the aim. The aim is to take the repetitive admin off them, so they can get on with the work you hired them for.

  • How much does it cost?

    The Read-Out is $2,500 + GST. The Shift is $7,500 + GST for the first three weeks, and most full projects start from $22,500 + GST.

  • What size of business do you work with?

    Businesses and charities of 15 to 100 people, big enough to have managers. If you're smaller, ring anyway. If I can't help, I'll usually know who can.

  • Do you only work in Christchurch?

    I'm based in Christchurch and work with businesses and charities across Canterbury and the rest of New Zealand.
