One day a week, twelve months
Part-time operations manager
The fee is set once we've talked about what you need from the year.
Monthly fee
I take three clients at a time.
I look after how your business runs. I find the repetitive admin eating your team’s time, build tools that do it for them, often using AI, and measure what they save. By the end of the year it all keeps working without me.
Based in Christchurch, working with owner-run businesses across Canterbury.
I look after all of it for the year, then hand it back to your team so it keeps working without me.
Month 1
I learn how the business runs day to day, run the Read-Out figures as a starting point, and we agree what to work on this year.
Months 2 to 9
I work through what we agreed in month one and get it done.
Final quarter
Your team takes it over, so it keeps working once I’ve gone. We rerun the Read-Out figures, so you can see what the year added.
Plus a couple of hours through the week for anything that crops up. I’ll answer emails and calls within two working days.
Owner-run businesses and charities, roughly 15 to 50 staff.
Big enough to need an operations manager, and not yet ready for a full-time one. Owners who already know what they want done.

An experienced operations manager you share with a few other businesses. You get one day a week in your office, for a year, without paying for a full-time hire.
I do the work myself: your systems, how the work gets done, keeping on top of compliance, and the AI tools. By the end of the year it all keeps working without me.
Close to it. A fractional COO is a senior operations person you share with a few other businesses. That's what this is: one day a week in your office, for a year, without paying for a full-time hire.
There's nothing to fill in first. Email or ring, whatever's easiest. If I can help, I'll tell you straight. If I can't, I'll usually know who can.
