For brokers and accountants.

Owners get more from a handover when they've spent a year or more on how the business runs. I work with your client through that year. You keep the valuation and the sale.

What your client gets.

The Read-Out: a two-week check of where their time and money go, with a dollar figure on each part. Then one change built, measured and handed over to their team.

What you get.

A client who arrives with a business that doesn't need the owner for every decision, and a written record of what improved.

What happens in the first ninety days.

  • Days 1 to 14: I look at the numbers and how the team spends its day.
  • Days 15 to 21: the owner and managers pick one job to fix.
  • Days 22 to 45: I build it with the team.
  • Days 46 to 75: it runs for thirty days and I measure it the same way as on day one.
  • Days 76 to 90: it's handed over to a named owner on their team.

Where I stop.

I don't value businesses or advise on the sale. That stays with you.

To refer someone.

Give them my number, or send me their name. If I can help, I'll tell you straight.

Give me a ring.

There's nothing to fill in first. Email or ring, whatever's easiest. If I can help, I'll tell you straight. If I can't, I'll usually know who can.
