The Shift

A 90-day project. I find the one change worth the most to your business, build it, usually using AI, and measure how much time and money it adds. Most often that's repetitive admin taken off your team. Sometimes it's decisions that wait on the owner, or reporting your managers can use.

What you end up with.

A tool your team is actually using, one number showing what it adds, measured before the build and again after thirty days of use, and the Read-Out figures rerun so you can see what changed.

Three rules I stick to.

  1. I don’t recommend anything I haven’t built.

  2. I only count what’s been measured.

    In week three we agree on the one number we’ll track.

  3. If the number doesn’t move, I say so in writing.

    Good or bad, you see the real number.

What I build is usually an AI tool, or software that does a repetitive job on its own, like chasing unpaid invoices or writing up quotes. Plus the privacy basics that go with it: a simple AI policy, a check of where your data goes, and what the Privacy Act means for the tools your team uses.

Your three things

In the first session, you and your managers name the three things that matter most to the business. Every saving I put a dollar figure on after that ties back to one of them. By week three you’ve picked one to go after. The call is yours.

You and all your managers. I also sit down with five of the people doing the actual work, because they know where the time goes.

Find, pick, build, measure, hand over.

  1. Days 1–14

    Find

    I go through your figures and calendars, and talk to your team about where the week goes.

    You get: a four-page report showing where your team’s time and money go, with a dollar figure on each.

  2. Days 15–21

    Pick

    You and your managers pick the one job to fix first.

    You get: a signed one-page plan: the job we’re fixing, the number we’ll track, what it saves and how quickly it pays for itself.

  3. Days 22–45

    Build

    I build the tool alongside your team, using your real information.

    You get: a working tool your team is already using.

  4. Days 46–75

    Measure

    Your team uses it for real for thirty days while I track the number.

    You get: the result, measured the same way as on day one.

  5. Days 76–90

    Hand over

    Your team runs it without me.

    You get: someone on your team who looks after it, a one-page how-to, the result in writing, and the Read-Out figures rerun.

Weeks 1 to 3

Find and pick

I go through your figures and put a dollar value on where the time goes. You get the four-page report and the signed one-page plan, with what it’ll save worked out.

Weeks 4 to 13

Build, measure, hand over

I build the tool, your team uses it for thirty days while we measure it, then I hand it over.

once we both know what’s being built.

The full 90 days usually starts from $22,500 + GST. Sign up for both stages at the start and it’s $2,500 less.

Everything I find and build is yours once it’s paid for, including the right to carry on without me.

I’ll say so in writing.

You still keep the tool, my working and the write-up. And you get $7,500 off the first three weeks if you do another 90-day project with me.
